Hey! I'm a Junior Product Designer based in Sydney. I'm passionate about people, and crafting thoughtful, delightful user experiences.
I believe that good design starts with understanding the user, and so my design process is rooted in user research, testing, and iteration to ensure decisions are intentional and meaningful. Student connect
The brief for this assignment was to identify an aspect of the online university study experience that needs improvement. Through research, I found many students felt isolated in their studies. Student connect aims to facilitate conversation between students by prompting them to ask and discuss course-related questions.
Mindful spending
For this assignment, I was given the challenge of selecting an area I felt people needed to focus more on. After some deliberation (and, unfortunately, personal experience), I concluded finances would be a valuable area of focus. I then needed to come up with three concepts to combat this challenge, backed up by psychological research.
Engoo
In this assignment, I was required to develop a design that enhances Engoo's tutor selection process by ensuring that users are able to select their tutors more meaningfully.
Amazon
This was a personal project, where I wanted to challenge myself by reimagining the Amazon app's user interface. This reimagination was guided by the positive and negative experiences reported by the users.
