For this project, we were given the challenge of developing a design that enhances Engoo’s tutor selection process by ensuring that users are able to select their tutors more meaningfully.

In this project, we were asked to identify an area which we felt people needed to focus more on, and develop three concepts which would help people achieve this. I focused on finances, and the challenge of spending mindfully.

The brief for this assignment was to identify an aspect of the online university study experience that needs improvement. Through research, I found many students felt isolated in their studies. Student connect aims to facilitate conversation between students by prompting them to ask and discuss course-related questions.

This was a personal project of mine. I’d noticed through some research that customers have mixed feelings about Amazon’s existing user interface. I wanted to challenge myself by reimagining Amazon’s iPhone app, using the guidance of both the positive and negative experiences reported by its users.
